Animal Collective Feels Vinyl Record

Double vinyl LP. Always experimenting, Animal Collective pushes the boundaries of their sound with an out-of-tune piano. A couple of the guys in the band loved the sound of their friend's untuned piano. They recorded all of the piano elements of this, their 2005 album, "Feels" on that piano. The band then tuned all of their instruments to the same out-of-tune as the piano. This way, the entire album is in-tune with itself, if not the conventional world of tuneable instruments. They also get extensive instrumental assistance from Kristin Anna Valtýsdóttir and Eyvind Kang. A nice double album, "Feels" is their 6th album and an original pressing.
